Welcome to Spring Fields Tavern Pub / Restaurant ***Under New Management*** Spring Fields Tavern (formerly The Gardeners Arms) has had a mini make over with new décor and some changes to the fixtures and fittings. Look out for a new look and some new menu changes - see you soon. The pub has always been very popular with guests of the shopping outlet, but now with even fresher food, better quality ingredients and a more inviting dining experience, TGA has opened up to a greater clientel base from the surrounding area. A much larger proportion of the menu is high quality, locally-sourced produce, cutting down on food miles and helping to support local agricultural businesses. Not just the food is locally sourced - but the real ale offering (3 at any time) is from local micro-breweries such as Oakham Ales, Hopshackle, Poachers, Riverside, Tydd Steam & Elgoods to name a few, plus 3 real ciders produced in the Spalding area by Spalding's own "Cider Trev". Remember we have a Travelodge right next door which is ideal for group bookings etc....
